NED Alumni Canada is a professionally run organization that pays special attention to having relevant officials on-board to perform various duties. NED Alumni Canada has eleven (11) committees that manage the affairs of the Association and facilitates the provision of various services and programs to members.
Responsible for maintaining books of account, assigning membership numbers to new members on receipt of their membership applications.
Responsible for arranging social activities, annual dinners and other events for the members with an aim to enhance engagement and collaboration among members.
Responsible for maintaining complete record of members, maintaining the official website, issuing press releases and liaising media and publications.
Responsible for managing relationships with external organizations plus with the NEDAC community, manage scholarship programs for NEDAC mainly to NEDEUT students.
Responsible for providing guidance and support to members on their career paths and helping them enhance their professional skills.
Responsible for reviewing and revise the bylaws of the NEDAC to ensure they are up-to-date, relevant, and meet the needs of our organization.
Responsible for securing financial support from external organizations plus internally from our NEDAC community, businesses, and individuals for the NEDAC programs and activities.

Responsible for identifying new and emerging technologies in engineering, work to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in engineering technology and provide learning opportunities for NEDAC members.
Responsible for developing mentoring programs, arranging mentors, matching mentors and mentees, providing ongoing support to mentors and mentees, evaluating program effectiveness etc.
Responsibility interacting with worldwide NED alumni associations, other engineering based associations and corporations, CEOs and corporation directors for image building of NEDAC.
